Objective of Placement Cell
The main objective of Placement cell is to provide personal and career related support to the students and guiding them towards a bright future and career by providing them placement in various Schools by arranging campus recruitment drives.
After completing B.Ed course IOTE provides Placement assistance to the students .The institute has set up full fledged placement cell in we which assists our students seeking for career related queries. The College has tie ups with various reputed schools and colleges for the placement.
We provide guidance to students to choose right career and to give knowledge, skill, and aptitude and meet the emerging needs of the Education.
Motive
- To assist students to develop/clarify their academic interests, and their short and long-term goals through individual counselling and group sessions
- Gathering information about job fairs and all relevant recruitment advertisements.
- Coordinating with Educational Institution to learn about their requirements and recruitment procedures
- Identifying the needs and expectations of the Schools to assist them in recruiting most suitable candidates.
- Organizing pre-placement training/workshops/seminars for students.
- To assist students for internship training in B.Ed Second year
- To act as a link between students, alumni, and Educational Institution
- To assist students in obtaining placement in reputed Schools.
